- Same day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) unless lead time states otherwise
- We do not dispatch orders on Saturday and Sunday (Orders placed on a Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday unless lead time states otherwise)
- Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday (UK Mainland) unless lead time states otherwise. This still applies if you pay for next day delivery

-When a parcel carrier is used for delivery, you will receive an email from the carrier with an expected delivery date. On the day of the delivery you will receive another email with a one-hour delivery window.
-Pallet rates are set at a standard full pallet rate for each zone which means this may not be the best rate for the item you are looking to order. If you feel the pallet charge may prevent your purchase, please contact us with your postcode so we can give you a specific quote.
-Kinglands Machines are excluded from the free delivery offers. Please contact us with your postcode for delivery costs on these machines.
-You are welcome to collect your order from our Telford Showroom. Please select collect from store at checkout. Once you have received an email confirming your order is ready to collect, you can collect from the below address Monday - Friday, 8 - 5:
