Maintenance Welding Electrode Kit 1.

Mixed Selection of MMA welding rods for welding dissimilar and difficult to weld steels, Stainless and cast iron.

Ideal for agricultural and plant repair workshops.

Electrodes included:

2.0mm Stainless steel electrode for thin stainless steel, welds materials 2-5mm thick using 30-60 amps.
2.5mm Dissimilar steels electrode for difficult to weld steels, cast steels, spring and high tensile steels and joining dissimilar steels. Welds materials 3-6mm thick materials using 65-95 amps.
4.0mm Bronze electrode for welding cast steel and cast iron, repairing or surfacing bronze bearing,restoration and repair work on bronze castings. These are a high value special electrode and pre heating the material can be an advantage.
3.2mm dissimilar steels electrode for difficult to weld steels, cast steels, spring and high tensile steels and for joining dissimilar steels. Welds materials 6-10mm materials using 90-145 amps.
4.00mm dissimilar steels electrode for difficult to weld steels, case steels spring and high tensile steels and joining dissimilar steels. Welds heavy material 10-20mm thick using 145-215 amps.

The kit contains 220 pieces which is approximately 5kg. They are supplies in a sturdy cardboard box with formed divider inside to keep each size separate.
