Bandsaw blade for Cutmax 170 Portable and 210 Eco Pedestal Bandsaw.

M42 blades are available with an aggressive positive cutting angle and is designed to cut solids and tubes and structural's on 2-column and swing type machinery with low vibrations.

Features:

  • Easy cutting behaviour
  • Good chip formation and smooth cutting
  • Increase in life time compared to standard Matrix bimetal bandsaw blades

Specification:

  • 2035mm x 20mm x 0.65mm x 6-10TPI.
  • Blade made of a high chrome alloyed tenacious backing material
  • HSS cutting edge made of HSS M42 / material No. 1.3247
  • Cobalt content of 8%
  • Hardness of approx. 68 HRc
