The Kingsland Multi 60 Steelworker 415V is a robust five-station machine designed to handle a wide variety of metalworking tasks. Equipped with dedicated stations for punching, shearing, angle and section cropping, and notching, this versatile machine comes standard with repetition support tables and adjustable hold-downs at each station.

Key Features and Functionality:

Easy Setup: This freestanding machine only requires electrical connection and hydraulic oil to be ready for use on a solid, stable floor.
Dual Operator System: The hydraulic system is operated by two foot pedals—one for the punch and cylinder, the other for the shear and cylinder—allowing two operators to work simultaneously.
Precision Power Control: Power inching ensures safe and precise positioning across all five workstations, with adjustable stroke length via limit switches for optimal performance.
Centralized Lubrication: A one-shot lubrication system minimizes maintenance requirements, ensuring smooth operation.
Optional ‘Production Pack’ Available: For enhanced functionality, the optional pack includes a low-voltage halogen lamp, a ruled length stop, fine punch stroke adjustment, and measuring scales for the notch station.

Workstation Breakdown:

Punch Station: Features a spacious punch bed with a removable front block for a wide range of applications. Standard rules and guides are included for repetitive tasks.
Angle Station: Capable of cutting large angles at both 90° and 45°. Intermediate angles between 45° and 90° can be achieved by trimming the flange after a 90° cut.
Section Cutting Station: Equipped with blades for cutting round and square bars. Additional equipment can be added to handle channels, T-sections, and other profiles.
Shearing Station: Features an adjustable hold-down system for material thickness, a feed table with adjustable guides for precise material alignment, and a mitre cutting capability up to 45°.
Notching Station: Comes with a rectangular notch table and adjustable back stops, making repetitive positioning easy.
