Designed for professional fabrication, engineering, automotive, and industrial manufacturing applications, the MA1-65 delivers welding penetration of up to 6.5mm on stainless steel while maintaining clean, precise welds with minimal heat distortion and reduced post-processing. Each THEO machine is equipped as standard with a 7” intelligent graphical user interface featuring 32 pre-set welding programs, alongside storage capacity for an additional 32 user-defined settings. This enables fast setup, simplified operation, and outstanding repeatability across multiple operators and applications.

Designed with operator comfort in mind, the compact ergonomic welding torch provides excellent handling during prolonged use, while remaining durable enough for demanding fabrication environments.

Multiple welding modes, including continuous wave, pulse, and shooting mode, provide the flexibility required for a wide range of welding applications, including precision spot welding. The integrated wobble function operates across a frequency range of 0–280 Hz, while wire feed settings can be controlled directly through the graphical interface on the power source. Combined with high beam stability, this ensures consistently high-quality weld performance.

All THEO handheld fibre laser welders are supplied with a dedicated external wire feed unit featuring a robust 4-roll drive motor system for smooth, reliable wire feeding.

The MA1 series also includes an external interface for dual-channel safety integration, together with optional external interface control for compatibility with automated welding systems. An integrated 8-point safety monitoring system provides enhanced operator and equipment protection.

All THEO handheld fibre laser welding systems are fully certified to CE and UKCA standards, including EN 60825-1 and EN ISO 11553 compliance
