Each THEO machine is equipped as standard with a 7” intelligent graphical user interface featuring 32 pre-set welding programs, alongside storage capacity for an additional 32 user-defined settings. Designed with operator comfort in mind, the compact ergonomic welding torch provides excellent handling during prolonged use, while remaining durable enough for demanding fabrication environments.
Multiple welding modes, including continuous wave, pulse, and shooting mode, provide the flexibility required for a wide range of welding applications, including precision spot welding. The integrated wobble function operates across a frequency range of 0–280 Hz, while wire feed settings can be controlled directly through the graphical interface on the power source. Combined with high beam stability, this ensures consistently high-quality weld performance.
All THEO handheld fibre laser welders are supplied with a dedicated external wire feed unit featuring a robust 4-roll drive motor system for smooth, reliable wire feeding.
